A laptop computer storing floor plans for Trump Tower, information concerning the Hillary Clinton email server investigation other national security information was stolen from a Secret Service agent’s vehicle in Brooklyn, police sources told the New York Daily News.

Data on the stolen laptop includes evacuation and floor plans of Trump Tower, which is the Manhattan residence of President Donald Trump, His wife Melania and their son Barron still live there full-time.

Authorities have now been anxiously searching for the laptop because it was stolen Thursday morning. Some items stolen along with the notebook — including coins along with a black bag exhibiting the Secret Service insignia on it — were later recovered. However, the notebook, along with other records described as “sensitive,” were still being sought.

The thief was seen on surveillance video apparently stepped out of an automobile, possibly an Uber, on a road in Bath Beach, Brooklyn and stole the notebook from the agent’s vehicle, which was parked in a driveway. The Daily News reported that surveillance video exists that may help identify the perpetrator.

A Secret Service spokesman, reached by phone, said, “We’re looking into the issue as we speak.”
